Day 1: Kampala City – I Day Tour
2 Day Kampala City /Jinja Town and Culture tour
Kampala is the largest town in Uganda and the capital city. It is usually referred to as a city of seven hills
because it is built on seven different hills. Kampala city has interesting places to visit and our excursion
will take you around the many interesting places and beautiful scenes it has to offer. This starts with a
hotel pickup where you will then proceed to the following interesting places in the presence of a
knowledgeable and humorous English speaking guide.

* The Uganda Museum.
* Parliamentary Buildings.
* Art Galleries.
* Uganda Martyrs Shrine.
* Bahai Temple.
* Owino and Nakasero Markets.
* Makerere University.
* Other areas of Interest.

Day 2: Jinja Tour I day

Jinja was previously the capital city of Uganda. The town is well known for being the source of the Nile at
Rippon Falls. Owen Falls damn provides electricity for the whole of Uganda and is located downstream
from the Nile’s source. The source is from lake Victoria and then stretches 4000 miles up to the
Mediterranean sea. This starts with a hotel pickup where you will then proceed to Jinja along the
Kampala-Jinja road highway. Here you will get to see the sugar cane plantations at Lugazi and Kakira.
You stop at Mabira Forest and see different primates and birds. Uganda Safaris Also different species of
trees are there to see. You move on towards the source of the Nile and the Owen falls dam. Have a meal
at Samuka Islands. Lastly, head to the Bujagali falls, a converging point for many water rapids and see
swimmers and listen to the rushing sound. Head Back to the city in the evening.

4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS: BWINDI GORILLA TRACKING

Day 1: ARRIVAL

When you arrive at the airport,you will be warmly welcomed by a representative of ITU who will
transfer you to a guest Accommodation in Kampala. If you arrive early, we can use some time in the day
to take you on a short tour of Kampala the capital city of Uganda. In Kampala you will be able to see
interesting historical sites like Uganda Martyrs Shrine at Namugongo, Uganda Museum and Uganda
Parliament, and Makerere University ,African Village among others .You will have dinner and a night at
ITU Guest Accommodation .

Day 2: KAMPALA – BWINDI

Day two will see you begin the journey to South western Uganda, obviously you will have had breakfast
and you can carry water to drink along the journey .It is quite an eventful journey as you pass through
Masaka and cross the equator, the feeling of being in the middle of the world is quite un imaginable
.Obviously along the way you will make use of you camera to capture these magnificent moments. From
Masaka we will proceed deeper into western Uganda to a town called Mbarara, actually by now it is
lunch time and we will then have it in this town and immediately we continue with the journey, and
along the way you will be welcomed by the escarpments of Kabale and take the breathtaking sights of
the hills of the region dubbed the little Switzerland of Africa. Intertwined in these hills are the traditional
homesteads and so it is time to see the true taste of African life ,such wonderful scenes .Before you
realise we will already be in Bwindi, and you will have dinner and a good night at Buhoma Community
Rest Camp surrounded by the calm and charming lovely insect songs.

Day 3: BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST NATIONAL PARK

Early in the morning you will have had breakfast just before you embark on the most exhilarating part of
your journey .As if you have an appointment with the Gorilla, this should be a great meeting at Bwindi .
Along the way, our guides will be with you as you meet these big apes, its quite a long journey into the
home of these endangered Gorilla characterized by muddy paths and the steeps .For your information,
it will not be a gorilla affair only because the excellent flora will be there for you to enjoy, with birds on
the trees making wonderful sounds .we believe the hikers should enjoy this trek which should last seven
to eight hours .But because of what your eyes will be fed to, you may never realize how fast time flys
.What gorillas do? They eat, move around ,jump from one tree to another, and sleep on trees. The rest
will be left for you to describe. As you retreat to your hotel it will seem that you have a story to tell ..
You will then have Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Community Bandas.

Day 4: BWINDI TO KAMPALA.

After the Morning breakfast, its time to begin the journey back to Kampala and lunch in Mbarara or
Masaka then move onward to ITU Guest Accommodation to prepare for your evening flight. Along the
way you should make a revision of what you saw as you travelled to Bwindi, and should you have missed
something you will then see it now, what an eventful visit!!

3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS: MURCHISON FALLS
Day 1: Kampala to Murchison Falls

Early morning arrive and pick from Airport and we take you to ITU Guest Accommodation and onward
transfer to Murchison falls National Park lunch in Masindi. Transfer to the Magnificent Top of the falls
where you will enjoy your site seeing as you marvel at the Mighty Nile forced into a seven Meter narrow
gorge to thunder 45 metres below in a series of cascades . The Nile can be viewed at different points up
to the Baker’s Summit..It undisputable that The world's beauty of nature converges at Murchison as the
world's longest river explodes violently through a narrow cleft in the Rift Valley escarpment.As you
watch The Nile itself hosts one of Africa's densest hippo and crocodile populations, and has a variety of
waterbirds including the world's most accessible wild population of the rare shoebill stork . Dinner and
overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park

Half day game drive. Wildlife in this area includes Giraffe, Elephant, Jackson Harte beast, Lion, Uganda
Kob, Oribi, baboons, buffalos, Warthogs and vervet monkeys. You also see, Ground horn bill, hippos,
Bush buck, Water buck. After lunch, take a Nile Cruise for game viewing at close quarters, a paradise of
the Hippo and Crocodiles. The launch trip will end up to the bottom of the falls. Overnight at Paraa
Safari Lodge.

Day 3 : Murchison falls to Kampala

Return to Kampala ,to the Guest Accommodation and prepare to move to Entebbe Airport for your
flight.

4DAYS / 3 NIGHTS QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Day 1: ARRIVAL

When you arrive you will be warmly welcomed by a representative of ITU who will transfer you to a
hotel in Kampala. If you arrive early, we can use some time in the day to take you on a short tour of
Kampala the capital city of Uganda. In Kampala you will be able to see interesting historical sites like
Uganda Martyrs Shrine at Namugongo, Uganda Museum and Uganda Parliament, and Makerere
University ,African Village among others .You will have dinner and a night at ITU Hotel..

Day 2: KAMPALA – QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

After having a heavy breakfast ,we will now embark on our Journey from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth
National Park.It must be quiet an eventful journey as you pass will pass through Masaka and cross the
equator, the feeling of being in the middle of the world is quiet un imaginable .Obviously along the way
you will make use of you camera to capture these magnificent moments. From Masaka we will together
with you proceed deeper into western Uganda to a town called Mbarara for our lunch.From here the
journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park will take you through evergreen rolling hillsbefore you reach
Kasese town which lies just outside the northeastern edge of the park. We reach Mweya Safari lodge
late afternoon. Relax after a cool fresh drink and embark on board for the evening game drive.
Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 3 : QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK:

Morning game drive to the Ishasha Sector in search for the climbing lions ,elephants,bufalloes and other
wild animals in their natural dwellings .We will then Get back to our hotel for lunch while getting ready
for a 3 o’clock launch trip a long the Kazinga Channel which lies between Lake Edward and Lake George
to see the elephants and buffaloes, leopards, lions and chimpanzees; Over 500 species of birds of birds
are spread all over the park,you should see many of them moving around and while some paint the sky,
by now all the hippos have gathered by shores of the lake to cool off.This should be the most
magnisficent memorable part of your tour .Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.
Day 4: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK -KAMPALA

7 DAYS / 6 NIGHTS: KIBALE, QUEEN ELIZABETH N.PARK AND L. MBURO N.PARK
Day 1: ARRIVAL

When you arrive you will be warmly welcomed by a representative of ITU who will transfer you to a
hotel in Kampala. If you arrive early, we can use some time in the day to take you on a short tour of
Kampala the capital city of Uganda. In Kampala you will be able to see interesting historical sites like
Uganda Martyrs Shrine at Namugongo, Uganda Museum and Uganda Parliament, and Makerere
University ,African Village among others .You will have dinner and a night at ITU Hotel..
Day 2: KAMPALA – FORT PORTAL
To reach Kibale forest national park, we will have to drive through Hoima to reach fort portal. Along the
way you will enjoy a beutiful scenery of the country side where you will see farms, traditional
homestead before you reach the town that is located amidst the “mountains of the moon” Fort portal.
In the afternoon you will be taken on a guided tour of the crater lakes regions near Ndali and later dine
and be entertained in some of the cultural dances of the local people here . Dinner and overnight at
Ndali Lodge /Rwenzori travellers Inn.

Day 3: KIBAALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK

Early in the morning you will commence on the visit to Kibale Forest National Park, which has a wide
variety and biggest concentration of primates in East Africa. Here you will see the Chimps, Red tailed
monkey, Black and white colobus monkeys, velvet monkeys, L’hoest Monkeys and a variety of bird life
.After Lunch you will then go for the Bigodi Swamp Walk which is Known for bird watching) and
primates. Dinner and overnight at the cottages of Primate Lodge Kibale.

Day 4 : KIBAALE TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

We transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a lunch stop in Kasese .Along the journey you will be
treated to rare fauna and flora. Dinner and overnight at Simba Safari Camp.

Day 5: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

Early morning game drive to the northern part of the Queen Elizabeth National Park areas of Kasenyi to
see the local people extracting salt. The game drive will take you to the Ishasha Sector in search for the
climbing lions ,elephants,bufalloes and other wild animals in their natural dwellings .We will then Get
back to our hotel for lunch while getting ready for a 3 o’clock launch trip a long the Kazinga Channel

Day 6: QUEEN ELIZABETH – LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK

Early in the morning immediately after we have had breakfast we will take you on a guaided hike in the
Kyambura Wildlife Reserve. Driving through a grassland area, along the way we will come across an a
spectacular gorge of one hundred meters deep which is heavily covered with tropical rainforest. You will
see quiet a number of wild chimpanzees. It is such an exciting walk through the river valley which is a
home to many birds and insects such as butterfly of various species as well.
We will the proceed to Lake Mburo National Park with lunch enroute. In Lake Mburo you will see a
variety of animals such as zebras, impala, buffaloes, gigantic eland antelope, as well as zebra, topi,
impala and over three hundred (300) bird species , and several acacia-associated birds.

The park has five lakes in which you will see crocodiles, hippos, and a variety of waterbirds, while
fringing swamps hide secretive papyrus specialists such as the sitatunga antelope and red, black and
yellow papyrus gonalek.You will have a nature walk guided by a ranger.In Lake Mburo is the you will
have an opportunity to experience a safari on foo.You will have t Dinner and overnight at Rwonyo Camp.

Day 7: LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK – KAMPALA

After breakfast we transfer to Kampala/Airport with a stop over in Masaka for lunch.It is quiet an
eventful journey as you pass through Masaka and cross the equator, the feeling of being in the middle of
the world quiet un imaginable .Obviously along the way you will make use of you camera to capture
these magnificent moments. From Masaka we will proceed to Kampala/ airport .

5 DAYS 4NIGHTS: NGAMBA ISLAND AND SSESE ISLAND
Day 1: Early morning arrival and pick from the airport and check in at your hotel Windsor in Entebbe.
Afternoon get on a speed boat to Ngamba Island for chimp tracking and you join in the chimp feeding
time. Cruise back to Entebbe and transfer to Kampala for an overnight at Holiday Express Hotel. Meal

Day 2: After an early morning breakfast travel by road via Masaka to Nyendo then to Bukakata and cross
the lake by ferry to Bukasa Island. Here you will meet friendly faces and the fascinating environment.
Overnight at Ssese Palm Beach Resort. Meal Plan (B / L / D)

Day 3: We set off for a full day exploration the Island spotting different species of primates, butterflies
and birds. After lunch, we go for a launch drive to various Islands for more nature exploration. We
return to the beach to relax in the white sand or you can make your own catch by going fishing if you

Day 4: Early morning bird watching along lake shores and back for lunch. Thereafter, transfer to Kampala
